We cordially invite you to visit the International Fair for Gastronomy Gastro Trendy. The exhibition will feature machinery and equipment for catering, equipment for the restaurants, food products, computer hardware and software, and also services within the technical consultancy, trainings, banking and object realization.  Numerous presentations, tastings, competitions and industry events will add variety to the programme of the fair.

Masters of Cuisine and Restaurants

The prestigious competition Polish Culinary Cup will be held for the tenth time. The winners of highest ranked culinary contests in our country will take part in the competition for the title of the best cook in Poland. The task for this year's participants will be the preparation of an appetizer of sturgeon and pears, and a main course of geese and porridge. The competing dishes will be evaluated by 7-person jury of recognized experts from 6 countries. During this year's fair, we will also invite for the event Eksperci od Kuchni, dedicated to the restaurateurs, investors, head chefs and other persons associated with the gastronomy. Within this project, on the area of 300 m², the arrangement of a perfect kitchen and restaurant will be made. During 4 days you will be able to look at its operation, try dishes prepared on site and benefit from expert advice in various fields. Participation in the event will be possible upon prior reservation of a table.

Latte and espresso

There will also be events directed towards the coffee equipment manufacturers, coffee distributors, and coffee shop owners and employees and their regulars. Once again, Coffee Olympics, within which the best baristas in Poland will compete in 4 competitions, will be organized. A series of presentations on the kinds of coffee, its smoking, grinding and brewing, as well as demonstrations with the participation of Polish Barista champions, will be organized under the aegis of the Coffee Academy ® of Apro Trade. In turn, on the area of the Coffee Island the first in Poland, automatic roaster will make its début. 

With appetite

At the same time as Gastro Trendy, The International Trade Fair for Food and Catering Products Polagra-Food will take place. As part of this year's edition the leading companies in the food industry, manufacturers, distributors, wholesalers and retailers will present themselves. The fair will provide an opportunity to get acquainted with a wide range of diverse products: meat and meat products, fish, herbs, spices, dairy products, confectionery, wine, spirits and liquors, healthy and diet food and many other articles. Among the exhibitors, there will also be the companies offering products and services from the store equipment, as well as the franchisers interested in recruiting business partners on the Polish market. Among this year's events adding variety to Polagra-Food fair, a series of conferences"Two days for Distribution", this year dedicated to traditional trade as well as the specialist discussion panels organised by the Scientific and Technical Association of Engineers and Technicians of Food Industries are worth mentioning. An important point of this year's exposition will be "Taste of the Regions", a space dedicated to regional and traditional food, on which many, small, local processors and producers will present their unique products. The exhibition will be accompanied by the conference "Perspectives for the development of a system of protected designations of origin, protected geographical indications and guaranteed traditional specialties" . There will also be events dedicated to the meat industry, this year we will invite to participate in the XVI Forum of Butchers and Cured Meat Manufacturers of the Republic of Poland as well as to visit the exhibition Meat Palette of Colours.
